Motorized Bikes & Motorized Bicycle

Consider the story of Kristen, mother of a 2 yr old and a 4 yr old, who before getting her bike motorized, found that living on top of a hill did not contribute well to her hopes to take the kids on bicycle trips. Kristen had not cycled much in the previous 10 years, and her bike was a little, well, dusty. Hauling a bike trailer with 50 lbs of weight in it made her fearful of ever being able to get home again. Bicycle trips lasted less than 10 minutes – just long enough to circle the hilltop, then go home.

Now with her motorized bicycle she embarks on family outings without fear of the return trip. “I am amazed at the pull the motor of my motorized bike gives for the hills. I have used it so much, my fitness has improved.”
